Board Meeting Schedule

This fire department operates off of tax payer funding, so the Board of Directors and fire department management feel the strong need to be as transparent as possible. This fire department allows the public to attend and participate in the following meetings, located at the main station of this fire department.

Regular Meeting

Regular meetings of the Board of Directors are held on the 2nd Sunday at 4 pm during the months of January, March, May, July, September, and November, or held on other dates and times as agreed upon by the Board of Directors at a prior meeting of the Board.     

Annual Board Meetings

An annual meeting of the Board of Directors and General Members shall be held on the 2nd Tuesday of June each year, at 7 pm for the purpose of electing Directors and for the transaction of such other business as may come before the meeting.     

Special Board Meetings

Special meetings of the Board of Directors may be called at the request of any three (3) Directors or at the request of the President of the Board or the Fire Chief.
